Multiply Membership

The potential for Region X is enormous.  We must set about multiplying our membership, pay, influence, and activism.  We must develop innovative solutions to achieve this goal.  But we must also avail ourselves of the underused and powerful tools placed in our hands already such as Article 14, Section 4.  I believe that Multiplying Membership is the existential key to our success in all other endeavors.
