Multiply Transparency

I will always strive to share information.  This empowers you, the member! As your next RVP, I commit to share as much information as possible without jeopardizing strategies or confidentiality.  I will communicate to you and our representative both globally and through individual bargaining unit gatherings for unique topics.  I will inform you when NATCA leaders meet with your various organizations.  I will seek additional ways to communicate, both from me to you and you to me.  We must all work together and therefore we must share valuable information.  As your next RVP, I will be servant-leader and advocate.  Reaching all of our common goals requires keeping you well-informed and instilling confidence that You Belong!
